Inside your studio you can find 4 different sections:

Explore: browse through existing templates
Studio
Knowledge: To upload and manage your knowledge bases
Tools: To browse all the available tools for your agents.
Filter section: To filter between the different types of applications you have created:

Agents
Workflows
User Menu: For accessing the menu related to your account
Application cards: For creating a new application or accessing to the applications you created
In "Create App" card you can choose whether to create an app from scratch, to use an already existing template or to upload your own app through an DSL file.
By choosing this option, you can select from a wide variety of templates to customize into your own application.
